We conduct an initial UX workshop that allows us to understand the people involved in the project, gather requirements, and collaboratively develop a work plan, identify pain points, and create the “user persona” that will guide future decision-making.
Our specialists will create a proposed user journey that maps the user’s navigation through the system, addressing both user needs and business requirements. This journey is accompanied by a low-fidelity preliminary sketch of the system.
